Company incorporation and business licensing: Incorporated more than two hundred (200) companies with the Business Registrations and Licensing Agency (BRELA), securing Taxpayer Identification Numbers (TIN), Tax Clearance Certificates and business licences, including more than fifty (50) companies assisted in obtaining the same approvals.

Company restructuring: Handled restructuring and corporate reorganisation matters for more than fifty (50) companies, including transfer of shares, reduction of share capital, forfeiture of shares, alteration of constitutional documents, reorganisation of shareholdings, amalgamation of interests and restoration of companies struck off the register.

Company incorporation in Zanzibar: Incorporated more than five (5) companies before the Business and Property Registration Agency (BPRA), obtaining Taxpayer Identification Numbers (TIN) and business licences.

Investment incentives: Prepared and successfully obtained more than ten (10) Certificates of Incentives for foreign investors from the Tanzania Investment and Special Economic Zones Authority (TISEZA), alongside investment documentation resulting in Certificates of Incentives for more than ten (10) companies.

High-value investment companies: Participated in the establishment and registration of investment companies with authorised capital exceeding TZS 30 billion and TZS 50 billion, including constitutional documents, statutory filings, corporate governance documentation and regulatory compliance.

Copper investment project: Advised on the legal establishment and regulatory framework of a copper extraction, mineral beneficiation and processing investment project valued at over USD 38 million, including investment structuring, corporate documentation, regulatory compliance and applications for investment incentives.

Work and residence permits: Secured permits for more than one hundred (100) expatriates and foreign investors, and successfully prepared and processed more than fifty (50) Work Permit and Residence Permit applications for expatriates in investment, mining, healthcare, construction, manufacturing and other commercial projects throughout Tanzania.

Foreign medical practitioners: Obtained more than twenty (20) Medical Council of Tanganyika (MCT) certificates for foreign doctors practising at reputable hospitals in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.

Mining investment advisory: Advised an investment mining company operating in Ruangwa, Lindi, and Chunya on its investment structure, licensing and regulatory compliance.
